Terms Of Service (TOS)LIVE 2D TO 3D COMMISSION
⭐ 1. General Agreement
By commissioning me to create a 3D Vtuber model, the Client agree to the following terms. These terms are legally binding and apply to all commissions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.⭐. Scope of Work
➤ The Client must provide a Live2D model or character sheet before the 3D model creation begins. The Client must also provide the Live2D files before the model is textured.
➤ Additional features such as rigging, facial expressions, or accessories must be agreed upon before the start of the commission.
Revisions are allowed within the limits specified below.
(see Section 4)⭐3. Payment Terms
➤ Payments are to be made in USD via Vgen /PayPal, or any bank transfer.
➤
Down payment is around 50$ -100 $ before work begins
around 50% upfront payment is required, before texture painting & Rigging begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the model.
➤ Payment plans can be discussed if necessary, but work will not be delivered until full payment is received.Refunds are only available under specific circumstances
(see Section 7).⭐4. Revisions
➤ Minor revisions are allowed during the creation process., adjustments to colors, minor shape changes).
➤ Major revisions : redesigning a significant part of the model) will incur additional charges.⭐5. Deadlines and Delivery
➤ Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the commission.
➤ An estimated delivery time will be provided at the start of the project.
➤ Delays caused by insufficient feedback or slow responses from the Client may extend the delivery timeline.➤ The final model will be delivered in a digital file format (e.g., .fbx, .vrm) via a download link or other agreed-upon methods.⭐6. Usage Rights
➤The Client receives personal and commercial usage rights to the completed 3D Vtuber model. Credit to the Artist is required
➤ The Client may not claim the model or any part of it as their creation.
➤ The Artist retains the right to showcase the model in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.⭐7. Refunds and Cancellations
➤ "There is no refund for the down payment (DP)."
➤ Partial refunds will be issued if the commission is canceled after work has started.
➤ The refund amount will depend on the progress made.
➤ No refunds are available after the final model has been delivered. ➤ The Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time and issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.⭐8. Communication
➤ The Client is responsible for providing clear references and detailed instructions.
➤ Communication Only Via Chat it will take place on Discord, IG, FB etc.
➤The Client must respond promptly to inquiries and updates to ensure smooth progress.⭐9. Limitations
➤ The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission that involves inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
➤ The model may not be used for any illegal purposes or activities.⭐10. Amendments
